Responsibility and Legal Waiver

Timeliness Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, your service will be considered fulfilled, and you will not be able to reschedule. Please reach out immediately if you anticipate being late so we can adjust accordingly.

 

No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate childcare and scheduling needs.

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Sessions missed without sufficient notice cannot be made up or transferred.

 

Intake Forms 

Some services require a completed intake form before your session begins. If an intake form is required, it will be clearly stated on the product page, and you will receive a link after purchase.

The intake form is an important step to ensure I understand your needs, goals, and consent. Sessions cannot proceed until the form is submitted. If the form is not completed, your session may be considered a forfeited appointment under the cancellation and no-show policies.

 

Digital Products & Refunds

For all digital products (such as masterclasses, e-books, and downloadable materials), please note that these are non-refundable once purchased. By buying any digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Spouse Interactions

For certain services, if you are married or partnered, your spouse/partner may be asked to sign a consent form to ensure transparency and confirm the coaching is strictly professional.

If you are already planning to leave your marriage, you must provide written confirmation that this decision was made prior to coaching and is your responsibility alone.

Professional Conduct

These services are professional only. Disrespect, harassment, vulgarity, or sexually inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Professional communication is expected at all times. Vulnerability is welcome — disrespect is not.
