Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy and is an energetic healing method. Universal life force within the human body is vibrational energy.

It is commonly understood that energy that usually flows through the body during stress and illness can become depleted, blocked, and unbalanced. Reiki helps raise, replenish, and rebalance that energy. Reiki promotes relaxation, peace, security, and well-being that promotes self-healing. 
Reiki-- a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch [or distance], to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Definitions from Oxford Languages

Distance Reiki is performed at a distance. While it does not need to be done simultaneously, it is most effective when the patient is in a relaxed or meditative space while the therapist is performing the distance Reiki.

I prefer to have the timing be similar. After this confirmed purchase, I will reach out to find a time that works best for us both. 

Exceptions can be made about when I perform your Reiki and when you receive it if needed, but in order for you to receive Reiki at any point, you must be in a relaxed or meditative state. This takes about 30 min. If you fall asleep, that is fine, just set the intention to receive when initially lying or sitting down.

Energy Healing Healing After Care

After an energy healing treat yourself as if you had just gotten a massage. You may be tired or even energiezed. Meet yourself where you are and give yourself grace. It is important to stay hydrated and have good rest. Release all expectaions. Open your body to allowing your energies to integrate for your highest good. If you feel you are having any signs of "Spiritual Detox" that is often normal just as we have to detox our physical bodies. Care Instructions

Come into this reading with a clear and open mind. Be hydrated and have some good rest. If possible please be in good hygine standing such as having taken a shower. This is so that the energy that is tapped into will be fresh and clean as well. Even if you are in a sad or lower vibrational space this reading is perfect to receive. The messages in this reading may not make sense at first, over time though they may start to make more sense. Release all expectaions.

Timeliness Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, your service will be considered fulfilled, and you will not be able to reschedule. Please reach out immediately if you anticipate being late so we can adjust accordingly.


Spouse Interactions

If you have a spouse, they must also sign a consent agreement if your coaching involves or may impact your relationship. The agreement will state that your spouse consents to your participation in these services, and that communications will relate solely to the specific purchased services.


In situations where you are planning to leave your marriage, written confirmation is required that your spouse is not signing because they are unaware of your intention.


Professional Conduct

These services are professional only. Disrespect, harassment, vulgarity, or sexually inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Professional communication is expected at all times. Vulnerability is welcome — disrespect is not.
